What an estimate needs

1. Both addresses and the distance between the loading area and each entrance.
2. An inventory that includes bulky furniture and belongings outside the main rooms.
3. Stairs, elevator arrangements and any restrictions confirmed by building management.
4. Preferred dates, handover dependencies and any storage requirement.
